Sitar Lesson 4


Play more Alankars:

Sa.NiDha Sa.NiDhaPa, NiDhaPa NiDhaPaMa, DhaPaMa DhaPaMaGa, PaMaGa PaMaGaRe, MaGaRe MaGaReSa

Instructions:
1. You need to practice basic notes on Sitar by practicing Alankars. In this lesson you will practice two more Alankars as given on left.
2. A dash '-' after a note means a gap equivalent to one beat.
3. Pluck Da & Ra alternately.
4. A dot after the note shows higher octave
5. A dot before the note will show lower octave.
6. Practice enough to play notes on Sitar clearly.
